With over 40 years of experience, PIECO was established in 1983 and now operates a manufacturing facility spread across 20,000 sq. ft. in Vapi city. The plant runs modern machines that improve production, under a strict watch over quality, with an annual manufacturing capacity of over 200 machines.
Demand today is not restricted to the Indian market — our products are exported to several countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kenya, Tanzania and others.
We manufacture a wide range of granulators from 3 HP to 75 HP, with grinding capacities from 10 kg/hr to over 1000 kg/hr; raw material blenders and colour mixers from 25 kg to 5000 kg per batch; pulverizers from 100 kg/hr to over 400 kg/hr; and heavy duty shredders capable of handling thick walled HDPE pipes and lumps. Lead time is generally 4 to 6 weeks depending on the capacity of the machine ordered.

Machine Shop
Equipped with the latest technology machines, with command over precision and quality.
Fabrication Shop
Structural fabrication and welding carried out to rigorous dimensional tolerances.
Painting
Surface preparation and finishing applied to protect the machine against corrosion and wear.
Final Fitting & Testing
Assembly, alignment and performance testing before every machine leaves the plant.
